Cancellation policy 
    • More than 80 days before the first day of the congress: No cancellation fee / Full refund (not including the bank fees that you may had to pay).
    • Between 79 and 30 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 50% / Reimbursement of 50% of your payment.
    • Less than 30 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 100% / No reimbursement.
